Voice teachers work one on one with your most talented students and the techniques and musicianship they teach can effect a choir program in positive or negative ways for several years. Debbie is an outstanding voice teacher. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and amazing musical talent make her an excellent fit for 7th - 12th graders. She is a great and understanding teacher who was able to help keep my voice in shape throughout high school. She also helped me prepare for my school’s senior showcase which was a huge help to draw the attention of colleges to me. Deborah has taught both of my daughters voice for several years. She has helped them both grow as vocalists as well as helped them succeed in a very competitive middle school and high school choir environment in AISD. Both girls have always been selected to the advanced choirs at their schools and to all Region Choir.

Deborah is a phenomenal voice instructor. She worked with my son Blake all throughout his AISD experience since 7th grade. Blake received many awards and made the regional choir his Freshman year, with her direction. Her one on onetime with Blake, kindness, musical background and goals all contributed to his success in all 4 years of Chorale Choir placement. I appreciate her dedication throughout the school year and EVEN SUMMERS!! Deborah is a wonderful instructor who works well with students and parents!
